Tuscaloosa River Market hosting Back to School Fam Jam Sept. 12

TUSCALOOSA, Alabama -- The Tuscaloosa River Market will sponsor a Back to School Fam Jam event on Thursday, Sept. 12. This festival celebrates children and families and provides educational entertainment.
The Back to School Fam Jam will feature live performances from the Laughing Pizza Family Band, a mom, dad and daughter trio who travel throughout the country performing original pop music.
Performances will take place at 10 a.m., 1 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. Other entertainment options will include face painting, popcorn, photo booths and a meet and greet with Barney the dinosaur.
